Residents of this property will be permitted to house a pet if they meet the following regulations of the Managing Agent concerning pet ownership:

  1. Pet deposit of $350.00 is required for approved pet.
  2. All pets must be registered with the Site Manager. Anyone harboring a pet without notifying the Site Manager will be subject to eviction or notification to get rid of the pet, in accordance with lease.
  3. Outdoor designated areas are to be used for pet.
  4. No pet over 16 pounds or 16 inches in length (excluding tail) will be allowed.
  5. Certificate from veterinarian each year certifying pet is in good health and has had all necessary shots and/or vaccinations.
  6. Owner must abide by city code regulating pet ownership.
  7. Pets shall be kept on a leash at all times when not in resident/owner's apartment.
  8. If pet disturbs other residents by barking, scratching, whining or other unusual noises or threatening behavior, the resident will be asked to get rid of the pet or vacate the unit.
  9. Pets will be properly groomed in order to be free of fleas, ticks or other vermin.
  10. Only one (1) pet will be allowed per family.
  11. Residents must be physically able to care for the pet.
  12. Pets must be neutered or spayed.
  13. No visitor will be allowed to bring a pet onto the property.
  14. Residents shall use a scooper following pet elimination.
  15. This policy is subject to change at any time.
